Feeding aversion 3 month old

My 3 month old has just started to feed less and less during the day, he refuses a lot of his feeds and will only have roughly 1-2 oz. First thing in the morning and 10pm feed he will usually have his full 5oz.
He has CMPA, reflux and has started teething. He is currently on Nutramigen. I have always used MAM bottles from the day he was born and he has been fine until now, is it worth trying new teats?
What else can I do to help! I fear it is just going to get worse and worse!!!!

Are they uncomfortable after a feed or just refusing it @littleoranges?

It’s difficult then of he's settled after sone feeds. How much formula would you say he’s having in 24 hours and hiw much does he weigh?
