How to know 10 month old is hydrated when he is weaning off breast?

As adults I feel like we are constantly drinking water or liquids of some sort. My baby takes small sips of water but not many oz a day really, and is losing interest in breastfeeding during the day and dislikes expressed milk.

He gets quite constipated despite having the right foods, but he does have wet nappies.

i keep being paranoid that he will get dehydrated as I don’t see how 3 solid meals can replace fluids fully if he doesn’t drink much water. I suppose I’m comparing him to myself and what thirst I would feel!
can anyone help me feel more confident with this?
thank you!

Go by the colour of his wet nappies. If well hydrated his pee should be a light yellow. If the colour is good then you are fine
