CMPA HELP?

So I’ve been through all anti reflux formulas - cow and gate, constipated. HIPP, constant poos, explosive and loose. SMA, green, extremely watery poo but not as often. Does this sound like CMPA? He does always sneeze/ cough and sounds congested also but I just thought that was him or because we have a dog.
I did go to the GP today and he prescribed Nutramigen 1. Tried earlier with this but he screamed the house down and physically cannot swallow any ‘normal’ unthickened formula. Should I ask for some Carobel thickener? Has anybody done this?
And do his symptoms sound like CMPA?

Yes cmpa sounds possible. DD’s symptoms were silent reflux, would scream in pain and hated to be put down and had dark green poos. The congestion and sneezing are flags for it too.

DD is two weeks into the prescribed formula and really wasn’t keen to start with either but really try and persist. I thicken it with carobel as it’s like water - you can buy it online or ask the GP to prescribe it. I know it’s hard, a few times I gave in and gave the old formula as she just wouldn’t take a bottle. I also read online if they don’t like the taste you can try add a drop of alcohol free vanilla essence which I did a few times until she got used to it. I had to wait till she was really hungry before she’d take it but two week on she’s taking it no problem and is much more settled.

Yes I agree it could be CMPA. You could try mixing the formulas gradually so he gets used to it. Carobel definitely helped us.
