My month old little boy has CMPA and been on nutramigen 1 since he was 6 weeks old. We have had no issues with this formula and hes been a happy boy since hes been on it, however the past 2 days after every feed or even during a feed hes having mucus dirty nappys straight away, this hasn't happend before like i said just the past 2/3 days. Any advice?

You can find that the extensively hydrolysed formulas, like this one, are tolerated for the first few weeks or potentially a bit longer but then symptoms start to come in as the milk proteins that remain in the milk build up.
As it's only been a few days I'd see how you go for another few days but you might need to go back to the drs for an amino acid formula.
