Yeah they do that. You are going through the last really big growth spurt. I'm afraid you have to let him suck it and see.

It will go back to normal in about three days.

Hang in there, it does get easier

You will not roll on him. He might roll out of bed, that's a different issue. Unless you are completely off your head on drink or drugs, take the little bugger to bed and get some rest.

iwillNOTletthisbeatme · 21/05/2008 00:55

im giving him 5 more minutes then THAT IS IT MUMMY HAS HAD ENOUGH!!!!!he will scream and i will sleep downstairs

Actually at the risk of pissing you off, you have considered the possibility that he might actually be in pain - teething wise - and be comfort sucking? Have you actually tried teething gel/Calpol/Nurofen? DD always used to have a mad milk fest when she was teething. Sorry it only just occurred to me.

iwillNOTletthisbeatme · 21/05/2008 00:56

for once this week i am actually NOT drunk

whomovedmychocolate · 21/05/2008 01:02

Drop of Calpol for your son, glass of sancerre for the lady with the sore nips I think

iwillNOTletthisbeatme · 21/05/2008 01:03

i hadnt thought about calpol

I can't feed lying down, my nipple/breast seems to go too far down touching the mattress . Pity cos I could really do with some rest as the LO feeds for 1 to 2 hours non-stop!

iwillNOTletthisbeatme · 21/05/2008 01:17

im posting him to his auntie psycho!
