Gawd, someone please tell me this will heal... I'm feeling very 'eeeek!!'

Been BFing for 3 months now, was developing mastitis in one breast 2 months ago, cleared up with ABs.
Now have mastitis in the other breast and was prescribed ABs yesterday. This morning I woke up with a nubbin on my affected breast and it's now grown. It's clear and is right on top of the nipple. I s'pose it's a blister.
Do I carry on feeding with that breast? If not, do I just express, or ignore it altogether? And for how long? Will it bleed and scab? I'm quaking in my boots and I'd be grateful if someone could tell me what it is, and what to expect. Thanks.

i had an absys on my nipple for a while due to poor latch, had to feed thru it (changing the latch obviously). it did look like a blister. warm baths after a feed helped me

Thanks for that. In the meantime, I've been to see nurse practitioner and she called the doctor in. He said to leave breast exposed, express but not to feed baby from that breast (I didn't understand that bit because I haven't got thrush).
DH looked at it, said it was a blister and popped it (he's a doctor, but not a GP - and I have an absurd faith in his abilities ). Because the fluid was clear (so, in my mind, not infected), I'm minded to feed through it. I'm on ABs anyway, and I haven't got any flu-y symptoms anymore. So I guess that's what I'll do unless someone here says it's a Bad Idea.
As you can tell from my original post, I am a wuss
