Kendamil mums

Just curious as to how many oz everyone's little ones are taking. My LB is 3 months and will only take 5oz every 3 hours at a time sometimes less than that. I know the tin states 3 months should have 5oz but other formula say 6? Does kendamil fill babies more? Also, anyone experienced LO gagging on the milk when they get near to the end?

As with any formula the carton gives a very rough guide. The best way to work out how much baby should be having is 2.5 Floz per day per pound in weight.

So if say he’s 13 pounds in weight he’ll need about 32.5 Floz a day. When you work it out like that, is he getting enough?

Sorry forgot to mention the gagging. Does he have any other symptoms that you’re worried about?

Also if baby takes 5 Floz, are you offering 6? Babies should never finish a bottle, there should always be some left
