Sudden bruising/pulling ache in breast

Hello!
after 7 months of EBF I’m having a sudden deep ache/ discomfort in my left breast when my baby is feeding from that side. It’s not really sore any other time, perhaps it continues to ache for a short while after she finishes feeding.
It feels like a bruise pain or even a pulling pain from the very back of my breast while she feeds.
For reference there is no lump and no redness.
Any suggestions would be helpful!
thanks

Could be start of some inflammation/mastitis. I had that in both breasts (also at 7 months, but it was because I had just gone back to work and pumping). I got right on it with ibuprofen and ice packs regularly and it resolved after a few days. If you get to it early, you won't need antibiotics hopefully.
