Anyone have any idea what this could be? I'm getting excruciating pain while feeding on this breast, but no pain when not, and no redness or hotness to it. But damn when feeding I want to cry ..

I can't see a picture, but it sounds like a nipple bleb.

It's a bleb. You're not meant to but i sterilised a needle and stabbed mine...... the relief was instant!

It's absolutely excruciating. I had this and the thing that helped was a hot flannel immediately before feeding. Pop it on for m
a couple of minutes and it softens the bleb. Baby should then clear it when feeding. If not it's GP and sterilised needle (please don't do it yourself an infection is even worse).
