Baby always congested

My baby is 15 weeks actual and 6 weeks corrected- he was 9 weeks prem.

He is EBF mixture of breast and expressed bottle. He had bad reflux and is on gaviscon and carabel (for bottle feeds) which seems to have controlled the vomiting. However he is permanently congested , I have to suction his nose all the time and it's thick mucus . Does this sound like it could be CMPA?

He has no pain, he was vomiting a lot but that's under control now . Any ideas / experience of what could be causing it ?

He does have quite a bad tounge tie which we are going the hospital about on Tuesday .

My baby was like this, many moons ago now though. He was born in September and was congested for the first six months. The best thing that worked for us was to put a couple of drops of cooled boiled water up his nose, until he sneezed, it was unbelievable what came out ! His whole face must have been full, he used to look genuinely shocked at the feeling, and being able to breath again.
