Baby almost 7 months but has been on neocate since 7 weeks old. I had a lot of frozen breast milk ( containing dairy ) which dietician said to introduce small amounts to his purees.

He was fine the same day, poos normal for him etc. however the day after he is a totally different baby! Runny nose, wheezy, SOOOOO unsettled, cannot put him down bless him. However no diarrhoea or rashes which is what he had before.

Does this indicate a defo allergy?

Thanks

If it's a delayed allergy it takes between 2 and 72h to see an effect.
When we did the milk ladder with my daughter the first time she just screamed for 2 days after the first crumb of biscuit. I'd say that this was a reaction. The symptoms for a one off exposure are often subtly different to the symptom prolonged exposure
