so for some reason my nipples have gone SO sore and cracked, like they’ve been grazed?! my little one is 14 months so we’re not new into this!

she is getting a top tooth through so could it be this?! or does it look like thrush?!?

I feel you with the top teeth coming through! My daughter is getting hers ATM and it hurts

Research has shown thrush is actually very unlikely (although commonly diagnosed).

Do you have a local peer support or breastfeeding counselling group? Someone in person may be better equipped to help.

It could also be position/attachment as little ones grow sometimes mums/babes don't realise the position they're in needs adjusting for the bigger baby. Sometimes a little tweak makes a big difference.
