I’m hoping someone on here can tell me what I’m doing wrong 🙏
I bought a Perfect Prep machine and am struggling to get it working- it’s the new model with the jug at the back.
I completed the cleaning cycle and primed and inserted the filter. The instructions said to press the filter button for 2 seconds to confirm a new one was in, and then press the cleaning button for 2 seconds to flush the remaining water through the system. The filter button was fine, but the cleaning button keeps flashing orange after being pressed, and no further water came out.
I pressed it a few times and it beeps, but the flashing orange light doesn’t turn off. There’s nothing in the troubleshooting guide about a flashing cleaning light, only solid. I tried turning it off, but that just makes the solid cleaning light come back when it’s turned back on.
I’ve done 4 cleaning cycles and am still none the wiser. Can anyone please tell me what I’m missing?
