5 week old strange feeding

My girl is just over 5 weeks old and was born at born 9lbs 3. The last couple days she’s going long hours between feeds and then only drink 3-4oz. Her last weight check she was 10lbs 3, she’s having wet nappies and during the day she seems alert. She has had gas problems from the start and is on aptamil pepti 1. She’s slept through the night for a couple weeks now and I’m trying to wait till she wakes to feed her but she seems to want to sleep through even when she’s only had about 3oz before her sleep. Not sure whether to be worried or not, she doesn’t appear to have any signs of dehydration and over 24hours she is eating the recommended amount. Any advice would be appreciated.

My baby started doing this from 7/8 weeks. I wake her to feed her but that's only because she's a tiny baby (0.4th percentile) and I want her to go back up to the 9th percentile (the percentile she was born). I wouldn't worry because your baby is big and the usual advice is to feed baby on demand once they have reached their birth weight. If you're not sure, you can always consult the health visitor or your GP? If you give her a dummy, that might be a reason why she's not waking up for feeds.

Also, I used to find my baby slept longer when dressed warmer than she should be for bed. Have you got a room thermometer and do you put baby in sleeping bag / swaddle? Nuby has a good guide online on how to dress baby in the night according to temperature and the tog rating you are using.
