4 month old snacking/not taking full feeds

my LO is 4 months old tomorrow. She is combi fed about 50/50 breast and formula. She was feeding every 3 hours ish until recently but the last few weeks is just snacking, not taking more than 60-90ml from a bottle or not emptying the breast fully, every 1-2 hrs. Is there any way I can encourage her back to taking full feeds or do I just need to roll with it? I feel like I'm back to the newborn days constantly feeding...

She's cluster feeding in preparation for a growth spurt at around this age, and she's communicating with your breasts that she's needing a different composition of milk now she's getting bigger. It's totally normal, although it is exhausting!

Agree that it’s totally normal but exhausting. Have you tried anything to encourage her to take more at a feed like removing distractions and trying some breast compressions?

How have you got on today @SpudMama321. Any improvement?
