Green poo EBF

My nearly 6 month old (24 weeks) EBF DS has green poo. It started happening about a month ago and not settled down. I assumed it was normal as health visitor warned me they have all sorts of poo colour! He does around 5-8 poo a day.
He is thriving and 98th percentile. He does squirm a bit like he has tummy ache and doesn’t sleep well at night like he’s uncomfortable, other than that he’s such a happy smiley big baby! Should I be concerned?

This can be too much foremilk/not enough hindmilk.

Nope, it's normal. As long as they seem happy above the waist there's no need to worry about the colour of their poo.

Has LO started solids? My 6mo also has started to get green poos, lots per day the last week after starting solids
