Spitting milk out

My newborn is 5 weeks old and is really struggling with getting wind up I have tried all different positions bicycles legs etc and gripe water but it is still really difficult.
If I can't get wind up she falls asleep and when it comes to next bottle and can't take and just spits milk out even though she looks really hungry for it.
It then means she misses that bottle out and we try again with winding etc.
but she does settle.
She can be sick sometimes but not loads and is really settled when on back as I was worried about reflux.
People have mentioned tongue tie but people have seen and it doesn't look like it is.
She can sometimes go over 6 hours for a bottle (not all the time) and does still get recommended mls of milk in the 24 hour period so not to worried.
Has this happened to anyone else ?

Were the people who checked her for TT Tongue Tie Practitionerss* and are her symptoms anything like these?

A couple of things you couple try.

One is the Tiger in the Tree hold. It can be good at getting up wind in some babies.

I'd also try adding Dentinox to her bottles. It's safe from birth and can help some windy babies.

Give it a few days and if that doesn't work I'd switch to a comfort type formula.

The only exception to this advice is if you're giving her Kendamil in which case I'd swap to a different formula and see if she improves Wink
