Not really, in answer to the OP...as bf gets established the fat that gives breasts their shape gets replaced with milk producing and storing tissue, and so you can be producing plenty of milk without becoming huge.
Oh, and by the way - babies don't actually continue to increase their intake of breastmilk. Believe it or not, from the age of about a month to 6 mths, the volume of milk they take each day is more or less the same.
It's not the same with formula - one of the many differences between ff and bf.
