Signs of CMA

Hi all, we think our baby has CMA. She keeps being sick a lot etc. Anyone else had this?

Yes loads of people.

Its incredibly common.
Reflux alone isnt an indicator.
It baby uncomfortable? Poor sleep? Do they have craddle cap / eczema / skin problems? Do they have poor weight gain?

If yes to all or most then there is probably a cmpa allergy.
Note: there is also high overlap with soy and beef due to protein structure its good to know this before weaning.

It's quite common. Are you breastfeeding or formula feeding?

If breastfeeding, it's pretty easy to determine. Stop all dairy in your diet for 2 weeks (that means no cows milk, cheese, butter, pastries, biscuits, careful eating out as many restaurants cook in buter). We did this and my boy instantly got better. Zero reflux, started sleeping through, much happier boy.
