Combi feeding

Currently trying to up my supply to just breastfeed with the occasional bottle, tried pumping but my baby wont take breastmilk from a bottle she either pukes it back up or spits it out but she will have formula from a bottle, any suggestions as it feels a waste to pump and dump

follow her lead. Stop pumping and just give formula. It’s really not a bad thing. Don’t beat yourself up over it either. It’s fine, she’ll be fine.

Freeze it in small portions for when you start weaning, it's handy for mixing in to purées or making baby porridge

Also babies are much better at getting milk from a breast than a pump is so if you're trying to increase your supply then you need to breastfeed as much as you can rather than pump
