Help! Desperate to stop pumping!!

Help please! I'm desperate to stop pumping but my almost 6 month old doesn't do well with nursing and prefers bottles 😩. He sometimes feeds well but other times will only nurse for a few minutes then give up, other times completely refuse the breast (but will take bottle if offered) Any ideas welcome 🙏

Could you start giving formula mixed in to food so you don't have to pump as much? Or regular milk in porridge etc. You only 'need' to give 600ml breast milk/formula once weaning to solids gets going and you can introduce cows milk in food. Would that remove some of your pressure?

Also at six months babies can get a LOT of milk in one short feed - a 3-4 minute feed may have filled your LO up! They don't need 20-30 minutes like when they were little. They are also super distractible and teething at this age, getting a good breastfeeding session can feel impossible, but I think that's because we measure it by how long they took as tiny babies...
