Pumping advice

How long is advisable to go without pumping/feeding? My 4.5 month baby is currently sleeping through the night so want to get as much sleep as possible. His last feed is usually around 9pm, and he’s been waking around 7/8am. Up to now, I’ve been setting an alarm at 3am to pump, but the broken sleep since birth is catching up with me haha. I don’t want to impact my supply or get mastitis so not sure what to do. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you :)

Are you exclusively pumping, or BF as well?

Your supply will be well established by now. I'd imagine you could stop pumping overnight. I never woke to express when my baby was sleeping through, which was from 6 weeks. Enjoy the sleep!

You will be fine to stop overnight pumping if you are ebf through the day as your supply will be well established by now. You may wake up uncomfortable the first few morning but your boobs will soon regulate and settle. I am the opposite actually, once weaning my little one dropped all the day feeds and fed two hourly at night and nothing all day long!
