Nuby rapid cool help - how do you sterilise it?

We’ve had to switch to formula with no planning, have the rapid cool as didn’t like the concerns with the perfect prep and our HV said not to use it due to current evidence. How do you sterilise the nuby rapid cool? It says not to use steam or dishwasher, I don’t want to use Milton and UV light doesn’t work with something that big if it can’t access it. Have no idea!

I dunked it in Milton tank but if you don't want to use Milton then I'm not sure how else you could do it

I always used the uv steriliser. I had the travel one and the flask part fitted across and then the top bits separately.

Do the lights make it inside the flask as I understand it’s only where the UV light has access?

Thanks. For some reason Milton had always freaked me out and you can’t rinse it unless sterile boiled water so seems impossible complicated!

I just assumed so as the uv light was directly at the top of it but I didn’t check. You could ask Nuby that directly as they make both the products I think. I only used it when I was on holidays as I had a Perfect Prep at home

Intended to use it out the house too but need to contact them to ask if it’s Milton or nothing and all the NHS stuff said UV only worked in direct beam.
seems a ray good idea if can sterilise the thing!

It's completely up to you but I would reconsider Milton. It stands the test of time. Has been used for decades and is so easy, pop a tablet or two in to cold tap water and dunk items. Change tub at d d of every day. Items stay sterile and can be left in there until you need them. How old is your baby?? I always rinsed with tap water after

If you don't want to have to sterilise it you can google how to use the nubby rapid cool like a hot shot so I think k you add hot shot of boiling water to powder in a bottle like a perfect prep does then use the rapid cool to cool water only and top it in to bottle when ready then no milk actually goes in rapid cool and therefore doesn't need sterilising
