Blocked milk duct for 8 days, now black specks/blood in nappy?

Eight days ago I noticed I had a small lump, like a flea bite, on the edge of my areola. It wasn’t sore or painful. I wondered whether it was a spot but there was no head.

I sporadically tried things like some massage, ibuprofen, using a hairbrush on it etc, but not consistently- it’s been a busy few days! It hasn’t gone away.

When I’m feeding, it’s right under my baby’s nose.

I can’t see any milk blebs on my nipple.

About two or three nights ago, I stuck a pin in it and some white stuff came out as if it were a whitehead spot. However, the lump is still there.

Today we have noticed black specks in 3 month old’s poo - google tells me this is blood that the baby has swallowed?

Just wondering what I can do? It’s not sore or growing etc so hardly seems worth a GP visit - not that I could get one until well into the new year probably!
