Recently noticed a tiny white 'spot' right in the middle of my left nipple. Am bfing DS2 who is coming up to six months. No pain in the boob, hasn't seemed to affect his feeding either, so just wondering what it could be and if I shoudl be worried.

I started with one of these two weeks after dd was born thought it was a blister.
It has'nt affected her feeding but has caused me breast pain more recently , sometimes an itchy nipple too.
HV thought it was thrush and i used cream for it.
This eased but then i got lumps in that breast which i managed to clear myself.
Went to the doc who suggested paracetamol
It's still there and think it's just a blocked duct , although it may be a sebum gland ?
