alcohol & breastfeeding

happy christmas everyone!

how much can i realistically drink today? hahaha that makes me sound like a right alcoholic

daughter is 10 months and does eat solids well and take milk from a bottle

but my issue is she wants to comfort feed a fair bit today, i think because it’s loud and lots going on!

so i can’t really get away with not giving her any boob at all!

any advice?

That's why I only lasted 4 weeks of breastfeeding. Did 9 months of it, didn't need another 😂

Ah that’s a shame because it’s actually okay to drink!

You can have a few glasses of fizz / wine - as long as you're safe to be holding the baby you're fine to BF
