Hello everyone,

Hope everyone is well and their LOs too.

My LO is nearly 15 months old in a few days.

A month ago like on 19th November (my birthday) I took him hospital as he was having bad cough and trouble breathing and because he had bronchiolitis as a 3 month old and later had croup I panic and took him hospital. They said lungs sound clear it's probably just a bacterial infection and said to give nurofen.

I have been doing that but the cold still lingering.

I use a calpol plug in during nights, I rub snuffle babe on his feet, I give nurofen etc but he just is not himself yet. He has a runny nose so much bless him.

However, since last 2 days he will not eat proper meals like rice, curry, soups chicken etc. He will have his usual porridge in morning but refuses all else now.

Today, I tried giving him ready made pouches too but 2 times he vomited. He vomited 15 mins ago while I was giving him the cow and gate banana porridge.

He is sleeping now. He sleeps quite long stretches now. Like he can do 4 hour naps in a day combined. So 2 naps a day but it will equal 4 hours.

I feel so so so bad and upset, I feel like what am I doing wrong I wish I could know so he will eat well like he did before. He is just vomiting them out now.

Please help, any advice much appreciated

Definitely ring 111. I did for myself earlier today and was back home in less than 4 hours.

Sorry should have said that I think 111 is for England only. Where are you based OP?

Is he drinking, does he have a temperature and is he more sleepy than normal?
regardless of the answers to the above then yes I would ring 111 if you are based in the uk and see what they say. Hopefully you don’t have to wait too long
