Baby is 9 weeks old and has started this really strange action where he 'tastes what's in his mouth after a feed with smacking of lips etc. And keeps sticking his tongue out constantly. He was doing really well with sleep but he is now staying awake even though he is soo tired just sticking his tongue out moving it in circles (he isn't hungry) anyone experienced this?
