Any ideas where I could buy some jersey cotton/t-shirt material night dresses for breastfeeding? They need not button all the way but half way would be helpful. They dont have to be maternity ones either, just chain store/ supermarket. Have dug out the ones from 5 years ago and funnily enough being in a bag in the loft for all that time has not got rid of the old milk stains! Will also post this on Pregnancy. Thanks

I got some from Mothercare. Highly unflattering but they do the job!

A tip - make sure they button down far enough. I struggled to breastfeed with the mothercare ones I bought as I had to lift boobs up and over!!!!

Asda do a twin pack for £5 with poppers my dd now loves them and helps herself to night time snacks maybe should get different ones.

BHS have a few, not specifically for breastfeeding. Next also have some bf nighties and pyjamas with their maternity wear.

I found strappy ones from primarks better than button down ones, much easier to just shift the strap to feed.

Thanks ladies - that will save me hours. All the shops you mentioned are in the same town. Strappy might be worth a try (babe due mid August) but even in the height of summer I seem to need my shoulders covered. Any other recommendations on nursing bras and breast pads (lilipadz anyone)It's been 5 years since I've done this and feel a bit out of date.....

With my strappy ones I wore a thing dressing gown over the top to keep me more comfy and feel a bit less exposed.(this was only two weeks ago)

Also got mine in Primark - they were really cheap. Buttoned about half way down.
