Help! He hardly eats at all now!

Ds1 has suddenly gone from a good eater, 6-7 ounces aevery 3hours ish through the day then 1 dream feed at night, to 3 ounces every 4 hours ish if we're lucky and 2 feeds at night. He's not sleeping so well either but otherwise seems happy and contented full of smiles and giggles. Should I worry that he's not getting enough milk or just ride with it for now?

Hello. He's nearly 15 weeks. My biggest worry is that he's not getting enough to eat, he's really quite bonny at the moment though

poss as he is not sleeping well he maybe is not well, and if he is not really hungry but the temp is not high and is smiling then only give him what he needs... my baba is only 12 weeks but last week she wasnt well as had tummy bug and for 2 days she wasnt really that hungry but now all ok
