Lots of wet and dirty nappies?

How big are you and DH?

In general, if following the line rather than falling off the line it sounds fine.

Yes no maybe...it depends on the baby.

My daughter was on the 9th and everyone was happy she was just a 9th percentile baby. I'm only 5ft2 and slim build so it wasn't a surprise. We discovered she had food allergies and removing them from my diet moved her up to the 25th-35th percentile.
Between 1 and 2 she dropped from 25th percentile for length to 1st percentile for height. She's settled around the 2nd percentile and they are happy she just short like me!

She had lots of other symptoms of the food allergies but her weight was never included until she jumped up with changes with removing allergens from my diet. So for her it wasn't normal to be in the 9th for weight but it does seem to be normal that she's 2nd for height. It's so person specific which doesn't help.

Ignoring the weight do you have any other concerns?

That is a cmpa sign. I would consider going dairy (and soya) free in that case.
