Newborn - Cmpa, dyschezia or wind?!

My baby is 10 days old exclusively breastfed and has been amazing since birth! She has been a grunter from the beginning but the last few days shes extremely fussy when trying to poo or pass wind. I wind her after feeds and she will sometimes bring it up. I Troy ‘bicycle legs’ to help ease her pain during a nappy change but she’ll kick against me and stiffen up. She also does lots of little poos and fluffs, very yellow and stringy so don’t think she’s constipated. I originally thought maybe dyschezia but she was able to poo okay up until the last 2 days so unsure? I also thought Cmpa but the only symptom she has is fussy when pooing. She can also be quite sicky but think that’s greed where she has too much milk. Anyone had similar experiences or any advice? Thanks so much 😊

Just typical newborn I'm afraid. Some days were better than others. It peaked around 6 weeks for us then got better.
