Which sippy cup?

Hiya
What is the current wisdom on containers for 1 year olds to drink from?
The health visitor gave us this thing that's a bit like a sippy beaker but not, baby has to suck on it a bit.
Those Munchkin ones aren't good according to an occupational therapist on Instagram.
What's the current advice? I would like my 1 year old to drink more water at nursery. Straw cups? I want to know official expert opinion, not just what's in the shops.
Thank you very much!

We use a munchkin one with a straw. Easy for LO to drink from and doesn't spill.

The TumTum cups have been a lifesaver!

Ah the tommee teepee one looks exactly like the one we got via our local authority but without the brand! Curious.

@Noodlesnotstrudels which one would you say your baby drinks more water from on balance?

thanks everyone

We started straight with a normal cup at 6 months. Not saying there were never any spills but in general it was fine, DC learned fast and was one less thing to fork out money on.

@NeedSomeComfy yeah you’re right and we just use a glass at home. But at nursery they all have to have kids cups.
