Perfect prep day and night - filter message

I have the perfect prep day and night machine. It maybe an older model. A message saying remember to change the filter has come up on the small screen and a red light.

do I need to change the filter immediately or will it tell me I have to change it? I have only had this filter in for a month.

thank you for your help in advance, the info I have found to day has been about the newer models.

Hi, I had the older version with my first, I didn’t bother using it with my second but from what I remember, when the filter light came on I could still use it but it was letting me know that it needed changing so it should be ok until tomorrow if that’s what your thinking? Always handy to keep a spare in too because I think they need changing after a certain amount of uses

Also that’s the only message you will get for it to be changed, it won’t send another saying to change immediately

I have the newer version of this & it won’t go away until it’s been changed. Ideally change asap as it’s filtering your babies water for a feed. Best thing to do is jump on this as soon as you can!🥰

the filter needs changed every 3 months.
