Stopping pumping and mastitis

I have been pumping 5 times a day for the past 3 weeks to combi feed our baby. Been getting about 600/700ml per day. I decided to make the decision to stop so I started reducing by 5 minutes per pump every three days. I also stupidly missed a couple of pumps of an afternoon. I’ve ended up with mastitis and been given antibiotics but no other instructions. Have rang all three breastfeeding helplines but couldn’t get through to anyone. Should I continue to pump as normal or can I keep dropping the minutes? Can I still give my baby the pumped milk with antibiotics? I’m so ready to be done so feeling a bit gutted about it all.

I think it depends on which antibiotics you've been given?

The BFN usually have good advice on drugs and BFing. Their antibiotics fact sheet is here Flowers
