Apologies to those who may have read this on the Childbirth topic but thought I'd try here too.... I had my second DC nearly 10 months ago, and I am still breastfeeding her although down to 1-2 feeds per day now. I had a very light bleed 6 weeks ago which I assumed was my first period. Then 11 days ago I got what I assumed was my second period and it was much heavier like a normal period- but I am still bleeding and it's still quite heavy. Usually my periods last max. 5 days. I don't recall such long/heavy 'first' periods after having DS.... Is this normal?! Advice much appreciated (fed up of tummy cramps and running out of tampax!!!)
