4 weeks old newborn poo consistency

Hi all,

I have a 4 week old newborn and lately she seems to get very upset after most feeds. She poos 3/4 times a day, and the consistency is like it is in the photo. I am wondering if this indicates a lactose intolerance or if she is getting upset mostly because of gas being trapped.

Is she formula or BF?
Lactose intolerance is usually more green in colour.

She is fully breastfed

That is exactly what breastfed baby poo always looks like.

She probably just needs winded a bit more.

Perfectly normal IME. She's probably just windy.
