we have a five week old who has so far been exclusively breastfed. He’s dropped few centiles and we think it’s a low supply issue and have a plan with the lactation consultant to supplement with a bit of formula. We’ve tried the tommee bottles which we used before with my daughter on the lowest flow they do (1) I think they had zero but can’t seem to find them anywhere. He seems to do well with the fat teat but the flow is too fast for him as he is used to sucking at the breast and so has a strong suck and then the milk goes on his chin and he looks a little stressed. I tried the doctor Brown super slow teat for preemies but I think the teat is too small and he just bites it and thrust it out. Does anyone know of a bottle teat which is fat but a very slow flow?

Has the Lactation Consultant suggested cup feeding at all.

If they are gong down the centiles, has Tongue Tie been ruled out as well?

Just wondering if the Lactation Consultant talked to you about the technique for bottle feeding a BF baby?
