Hi can anyone please advise if this type of nappy is ‘normal’ for a little one who is fed solely on aptamil pepti-1 for suspected CMPA. LO is extremely distressed when having bowel movements, has been on pepti for about 4 weeks now for suspected CMPA. Continues to be very congested and unsettled, tried infacol, gripe water and coleif. The more milk they have the more unsettled they are. No rash when feeding but does have very red eye lids, unsure if due to feeding specifically or from distress. Also had nosebleed whilst vomiting. Has been on gaviscon and omeprazole for reflux, neither appear to have really made a difference.

I'd go straight back. It's a hydrolysed formula and it sounds as though it's time to trial a completely DF formula, especially given the red eyes and congestion Flowers

@PolaroidPrincess thanks for replying! I ended up going private, but we’re now on alfamino and she’s like a different baby with no more horrid poos! X
