Baby wont drink milk

Hey all, so I've got a 6month baby girl who's dropped 3 of her bottles feeds a day over this past week and will only eat purée and finger foods during the day. I'm at my wits end trying to get her to drink some milk and was hoping I'd be able to get some advice.

So for a bit more context, my partner and I decided to start her on purée when she was 5 months old as she was showing all the signs of readiness for it. She's mostly on veggie purees, a mix of ready made pouches and homemade stuff as well. She loves loves loves her finger foods like wafers, melty puffs, veggies and fruits. Everything was going normally until a week or so ago when she suddenly dropped pretty much all daytime bottles. Now she wants 2 meals a day and snacks but will only have maybe 16oz of milk a day. There's no signs of ill health or dehydration but I was wondering how i could get her to drink more milk. Any ideas?

Have you heard about baby led weaning?

Just make sure she's not dehydrating and offer her more foods she can pick up and eat. Trust her to guide you.

Is she teething or has a cold coming? That can put them off a bit.

With first foods, it's easy to accidentally give them a high sugar diet - those pouches are incredibly sweet as mainly carrot and apple/pear based. Wafers and puffs might go down well but they're not very nutritious. Just keep an eye out, baby food is so confusing as it's marketed to suggest it's really healthy but it's not always the case.

I'd watch out for the number of wet nappies re milk. Cut out snacks, focus on real food, she'll probably have more milk if she's not snacking. If in concern ask health visitor.
