hey all

we’ve ebf from birth until now (7 months) she’ll occasionally have a bottle of expressed breastmilk but only when i’m at work. but i’m struggling to keep up with how much she’s having! when im at work she’s fully pace fed, doesn’t spit up etc but she’ll nail 10-12oz in a day (5 hour day) which i’m struggling to pump whilst im away from her or even adding an extra one in! so i was wanting to start introducing a bit of formula. she’s recently been tested for allergies due to reacting to egg (egg wasn’t confirmed as she didn’t react fully) so need to start the egg ladder but she was also tested for milk and didn’t react. i had been cutting out dairy completely so i did the yoghurt test and she didn’t react, i waited 72 hours and still nothing so had a yoghurt everyday for 3 days and still she hasn’t reacted. would i be okay to introduce a bottle of formula do you think? if she hasn’t reacted to the dairy through me or prick testing? it was only suspected due to her having mucus poos and irritability

If she's not reacting could you buy a small carton of ready made formula and add an ounce to her ebm and see if she reacts?
