My baby is driving me crazy.

First of all, I of course love my little 4 month old more than anything- but as I write this I am so frustrated!

For the last few weeks she has suddenly become so fussy with her bottles. She will show her usual hunger signs around the 3 hour mark as usual, happily chomp down and enjoy the first 2/3 oz at best leaving the other 3/4oz. Before this she was happily enjoying 6/7 oz with just a few quick burp breaks. After the initial guzzle now we stop and do a bump break as usual but she doesn't want to start again, even though I know she's still hungry.

She will push the bottle around with her tounge/turn her head etc and battle me for the rest of it and this will be for every single feed- regardless of its the first of the day after 12 hours night or what is going on! Normally I wouldn't even try and force her to have more, but if I didn't at the moment she would only have 2 oz x 5 times a day which is clearly not enough. I do also believe she is hungry and when she does get going again eventually she will chug it down- but this is causing us both distress with the fight of it all.

Any ideas please help!

Are you burping because she needs it or from habit? Have you tried not burping until she finishes?

Out of habit I suppose but only when she naturally pulls away, and does usually need at least one break during a feed- she's quite a windy baby!
