Please can anyone advice , stopping with a 20mo old

Last couple months I changed his before lunch nap to a bottle of milk instead of BF and then the plan was to slowly wean the night. But the last few nights or so he’s actually not wanted any before sleep at night anyway so thought perfect time to end.

my question is, can I just fully cut the night feed? I cut the others without much repercussions but confused if I need to express and reduce little by little. Or can I just fully cut the night feeds? It’s been a couple days and I haven’t had any leakage or anything as of yet.

You can just stop the night feeds. Your supply should just adjust so there's no need to express unless you're very uncomfortable and want to express a little for your own comfort.

@PolaroidPrincess thank you that’s exactly what I wanted to know. 48 hours with no feeds and there is no discomfort or anything so fingers crossed
