Changing from BF to FF in the day at 4m - frequency?

My baby (15 weeks) BFs every 2h during the day. I am slowly swapping the day time BFs for formula before she starts nursery one day a week in mid October (I have no desire to pump or express).

Will she still need a bottle every two hours? She currently has a breakfast bottle and rarely manages 150ml formula - usually only 120ml. She has a BF in the night around 4am which will stay as long as my milk does, until she naturally starts sleeping through.

I also can't work out what frequency of feeds she will want at five months (when she goes to nursery) anyway!

I swapped at 10 months but I substituted each breastfeed with a bottle. She generally had smaller feeds in the day and a longer feed before bed so I did 5oz bottles for the day time and 8oz before bed. This worked so we stuck with it

At 4 months I probably would start with a few days at bottles with the same time as breastfeeds and assess/tweak your routine from there. At 4 months I was feeding on demand and it was pretty random between 4 and 6 months it moved more predictable. First thing in the morning, before each nap and then before bed.
