Safe to feed?

This is the 2nd round of order of cans that look like this. They look the same every time they arrive and I’m getting a bit annoyed as I need the formula for my baby, so I am wondering if its safe to feed the baby this or if I should send it back one more time? What would you do?

I'm not familiar with Alfamino but is it made up with very hot water like other formula milks?

Formula powders are not sterile and it's this very hot water that kills any nasties. The tin therefore isn't functioning to keep the powder sterile and as long as it is only dented and not split I would assume it was safe.
