Refusing to feed - 16 weeks - could this be teething?

DS1 is 16 weeks and some may remember I have huge issues establishing breastfeeding (think nipple shields, flat nipples etc..). WIth the help of a lovely helpers here, and an excellent cranial osteopath we managed to get going and all has been well since.

However, he is dribbling and has been fussing the last 3 days resulting in him not taking full feeds or refusing to feed at all.

Is this teething? Sorry but it puts me back in the dark days of trying to keep going again.

Cheers, Bunnybaby

It may be teething, is he chewing alot on anything he can?

Although the other option is, like my DS1 at 3.5 months, he may want to come off breastfeeding.

Be careful though if your DS is 'fiddling' instead of feeding it will make your nipples very sore
