Aptamil Teats same as starter pack?

Where can I get the starter teats like the ones in aptamil starter pack? This size biscuits really well I don't wanna change as is working.

We are giving super small amounts and have bottles just need the replacement teats until she is big enough to move into bigger bottles!!

Hope some one has knowledge on this!!

If they are yellow ones, the teats are made by NUK (or at least they were at the hospital I was in) and we bought these bottles as they were the only ones my little one would take. They do small ones, 4oz may so you could fill it with the little bottle?
