Hi need some recommendations.

DD getting baptised soon and I need a really nice bf top. Any recommendations on any places that sell good quality, stylish tops.

Really struggling to find something that is decent quality and not a t-shirt

I really hated breastfeeding tops - something a bit S&M like about those funny slits...I went with a wrap dress plus a lycra vest underneath for a wedding when ds was about 3 months old. Much better - felt completely normally dressed and could feed him very easily without getting out large amounts of flesh.

best thing I've found is to buy a maternity vest from Hennes (they are long and so coer the whole of your tummy and stay down) and then wear any top overt the top. As you needc to feed pull up the top on the top as it were and pull the vest down from the breast and unlip bra at the same time.

If it's a dress then buy a M&S tactel slip and do as above. Think my breastfeeding in a dress at a wedding shot is in still up on my profile when I used it in an example to another mumsnetter.

Thought I posted this earlier but motherwear have a great selection. They are in the US so good value atm but shipping might take a while.

Mum2One, I also had the same problem with a wedding to go to and then DS's baptism last weekend. I wore the same outfit to both - bought a nursing vest from H&M (about a fiver I think) and then bought a lovely wrap top - it was very easy to feed him. I spent ages trawling the internet for nice nursing dresses but found a lot of them were quite frumpy, although there's a lovely one on Mummy Looks Fab I've noticed.
