Warning TMI and pics is my baby’s poo normal

So abit of a back story we suspected milk allergy as she was always unsettled screaming in pain being sick constantly so we tried aptimal pepti she was on it 7 days and it was horrendous she was so much worse then we switched to sma alfiminio same again no better and specs of blood now in her poo I couldn’t handle seeing her in pain anymore so I put her on Hipp organic which she is much more settled and her poos seem normal she’s been on it about 2 weeks but the past couple of days she’s screamed in pain I don’t know if I should try allergy formula again but for longer it was just so hard seeing her struggle also forgot to mention she’s now on omeprazole for reflux which she wasn’t when we tried the allergy milk does anyone have any advice I’m at my wits end 😩.

Has she been referred to a Paediatric Dietician OP? I'd be tempted to ask first a referral to a Paediatrician and possibly the Allergy Clinic too

I dont think that switching her milk so often is helping

No I’ve just been taking her to the doctors it’s hard because she is putting weight on fine and she does drink her bottles so there basically telling me she’s fine and there’s only a problem if she’s not putting on weight she was a hell of a lot worse on allergy milk but I fear incase we just didn’t give it enough time but she screamed day and night on it had terrible gas wouldn’t sleep she now does sleep of a night but of a day she tries to sleep but wakes up crying but she’s happier on Hipp I’m going to have to try and get an appointment with a dietician I think. The only symptoms she has is reflux and very colicky she doesn’t have a rash her bowel movement differ sometimes it’s normal consistency the next it’s seedy with abit of mucus and then the next it’s very loose but I keep getting told this is normal I’m just so stressed out I feel awful for her 😩

She doesn't have to have a rash for it to be non-Ige CMPA. I'd push for a referral to a Paediatric Dietician, although it might take months and also a referral to a Paediatrician.

I’ve already asked to see one an they said to me because she’s putting weight on there would be no point she will grow out of it by the time I see someone 🙃
