Feeling awful after stopping bf

Just wanting some reassurance that I'm not going crazy. Baby is nearly 10 months mostly breast fed and have spent the last month slowly swapping to formula. Pretty much stopped breast feeding now but my emotions are all over the place!
So anxious and teary, not sure if related but my face is spotty and awful, can't sleep, waking up red hot its like I've just given birth again!

Please tell me this is all normal?! I assume its the hormones? Is it worth going on the pill or waiting it out?

Also how to wait before getting nice new none nursing bras!

Hi! Yes, it’s one of the biggest hormonal changes you go through aside from pregnancy/menopause. It’s normal and it’s really hard. It’s better to stop gradually, but sounds like it may be too late? Hope you get through it!

Totally normal! When I stopped bf my first I felt really low for several weeks. Don't worry, it will pass! Hang on in there.

So glad to read this (though sorry you’re suffering). I stopped on Monday and since then have felt anxious, dizzy and had hot flushes at night. Wondered if I was coming down with something but does make sense that it’s breastfeeding related. I remember feeling teary with my first but not this!
